Jaguar Land Rover засудил китайского производителя за плагиат дизайна автомобиля

Компания Jaguar Land Rover запретила китайскому производителю продавать кроссовер Landwind X7, который копирует дизайн Range Rover Evoque.

Согласно постановлению суда Пекина китайский производитель Jiangling Motor Corporation обязан прекратить изготовление и продажу моделей, копирующих детали внешнего вида Range Rover Evoque. Компания нарушила права на интеллектуальную собственность и вследствие этого также обязана выплатить международному концерну компенсацию.

Это первое решение суда, вынесенное по делу плагиата иностранных брендов авто. Отметим, что модель Landwind X7 стала продаваться с ноября 2014 года. Оформление автомобиля почти идентично дизайну Range Rover Evoque. Так, совпадает силуэт, оптика, линия крышки и остекления, боковины кузова.
