Китайские ученые опытным путем выяснили, что курящий отец вредит здоровью своего ребенка гораздо больше, чем мать с аналогичной привычкой.

Об этом сообщает ru.thebusinesstimes.az, ссылаясь на ScienceDaily. Согласно данным, полученным журналистами, курение отцов вредит здоровью будущего потомства гораздо сильнее, чем курение матери во время беременности.

В результате исследования специалисты из Центрального южного Университета в Китае определили, что в случае женского пассивного курения риск развития порока сердца у плода увеличивается почти до 125%. Статистика оказалась просто ошеломляющей, так как при курении во время беременности вероятность составляет на 100% меньше.

Во время научной работы по вопросу было рассмотрено более ста исследований, а также ученые отслеживали состояние здоровья более 8 млн человек. Среди них было почти 140 тысяч детей, страдающих пороком сердца.
